The challenge.

Field-service operators lose real revenue to missed calls — after hours, mid-job, at peak. A human can't answer every ring, and voicemail loses the lead the moment it starts.

The goal was an agent good enough to trust with the phone: one that answers instantly, understands the caller, qualifies them, and books the job — without a phone tree.

What we built.

A voice agent live on a real number, tuned to a field-service business and wired to its calendar.

One-call booking

Answers, qualifies, and books in a single conversation — no callback, no tree.

24/7 pickup

On the line in under a ring, every hour of every day.

Vertical SOPs

Intake and triage logic injected per call, tuned to the operator's trade.

Calendar & CRM

Booked jobs land where the business already works.

Pay when you play

Configure and hear the full setup free; billing starts only when it goes live.

Per-call analytics

Every call transcribed and measured, so the value is visible.

The approach.

Configure-first: you build and hear the agent before committing, and only pay once it picks up — metered to real usage so there's no idle spend. The standard is public — it's the agent answering on our own line.

Under it sits a prepaid wallet that meters usage and a provisioning flow that injects the right script per vertical.
