02What we collect
- You give usWhen you start a brief or contact us, we collect what you submit — name, email, company, and project details. Form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms.
- VoiceIf you call our line, the conversation is handled by an AI voice agent (Vapi). We may retain transcripts and recordings to operate and improve the service.
- UsageWe use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic — pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, and referrer. This data is aggregated.
- CookiesAnalytics cookies only. We don’t run advertising cookies and we don’t track you across other sites.
03How we use it
To respond to your brief or inquiry; to operate, secure, and improve our site and systems; to communicate about engagements; and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
04Service providers
We rely on a small set of trusted processors, each governed by its own privacy terms, and share only what each needs to function:

05Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.
06Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale (we don’t sell it). To exercise any right, submit a request through our contact form and we’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
07Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard what you share with us.
08Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. Education platforms we build for institutional clients operate under those institutions’ own privacy terms.
09Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change, and we’ll note material changes on this page.
